Free domestic shipping on orders above $50 is offered to most locations within the United States. We also can ship to most locations around the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
All products are customized and made to order and require processing and printing time.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please e-mail us at connect@connecting-family.com with photos and order # and we will send you a return tag.
All returns require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) which you can receive by emailing us at connect@connecting-famil.com. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
